Father's Day apron card & Phuket Piggy Bank!

This is the Father's Day card my Hostess Club made. Can't take credit for the idea . . . I got it off of the CTMH bb. But I just loved it. I used the CTMH Weathered Backgrounds stamp set to do the red checkerboard on the apron because I didn't have any red checkered paper . . . but I really think it looks cute! The gals in Hostess Club really liked it!

And my girlfriend, Laura, and I are going to Phuket, Thailand in November (yes, we can't wipe the smiles off our faces!!) to visit my brother (free place to stay and our own tour guide!) . . . so she had an oatmeal box she was using for a piggy bank to save money for Thailand . . . I decided to decorate it for her! This is the finished product:

I used CTMH Laid Back Lv. 2 paper pack (perfect!) to cover the oatmeal box:

This is the top of the box:

My brother emailed me a photo of his favorite beach (Nai Harn), so I printed it out and glued it to the front of the box! Incentive enough to save money, don't you think?!?!
