Ok . . . as promised, here is a pile of blog candy I just put together. Some of the fun stuff in this package: over 20 fun chipboard shapes, metal halloween embellishment, flowers, leaves, plastic spiders, misc. brads, extra large buttons, stickers, ribbon, metal label tags, ghost alphabets by Heidi Swapp and a pile of misc. cards I've made over the years.
So I have an interview on Friday, August 28 for a job I really want with the school district. I'm already employed with the district, but this would be a full time job instead of the 3 hours a day I have now. To be entered in the drawing for this fun assortment of goodies, just leave me a comment below about an interview experience you have had or . . . . just say "Hi."
I'll randomly draw a winner on Friday, August 28 - after my interview and let you know how it went!
Good Luck . . . . and thanks for visiting my blog! More creations to come . . . :-) Jeani

Jeani, I am so hoping you get this job. I applied with our school board this year and passed their test, but they never called and school starts in two days. I passed up a job with them 10 years ago and have been kicking myself ever since. I saw your cards on the BB and was just getting ready to comment when I saw your tag line to check out your blog.
Best of Luck to you on your interview! One of my experiences with a panel interview went so much better when I was called in to the room because I recognized and new one of the panel members (thankfully in a very good way and they were always smiles) so I felt so at ease during the interview and that was a great feeling - I ended up getting an offer on the spot by two different managers!
I haven't been to many interviews but I have given many interviews as the manager of a cafe and I'm sure you will do great, just relax and be yourself!
Good Luck on your interview!
Relax and smile during the interview. Try not to let it feel like they are drilling you but that they are your friends and just on a chat about what you like and do not like. If you feel more at ease it will show that you are more confident! Good luck and hopefully everything will go smooth!

Good luck with your interview! I don't really have any good interview stories, the only thing I can remember happened almost 10 years ago - I was heading to an interview and found that my car had been broken into so I had to call and reschedule. I still got the job but it was the last job I had outside the home as I've been a SAHM ever since!
